¡Bienvenidos a La Salsamenta! Nuestra historia culinaria comenzó en 2012 como una escuela de cocina fundada por Sara, la visionaria y hermana mayor de nuestra familia. Sara, una interiorista convertida en una apasionada de la gastronomía, decidió emprender una nueva etapa, cambiando la construcción por el mundo de la gastronomía. Formada en diversas escuelas de cocina de Barcelona, inicialmente ofreció cursos de cocina pero rápidamente cambió para ofrecer clases prácticas de cocina en Barcelona.

A Family who Loves Cooking

Driven by our family’s shared love for cooking, Clara, Sara’s sister, joined the team a few years later, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in Yucatecan and local Mexican cuisine. La Salsamenta isn’t just a charming secret garden where we do cooking classes. It’s a place where cultures converge, and culinary traditions are shared.
